In conjunction with the Skills Development Network Yorkshire and the Humber and NHS North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative (NOE CPC), DAC Beachcroft will deliver an overview of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 ("FOIA").
This session will offer practical advice on handling FOIA requests, an explanation of the FOIA deadlines and the consequences if FOIA is breached. This session is suitable for procurement and finance officers, information governance officers and others who may be involved in dealing with FOIA queries, so please alert your colleagues to this event.
It will commence with refreshments at 9:30am for an 10:00am start, and will end at approximately 12:30pm. Lunch will be provided afterwards (timings may be subject to change).
