NOE CPC provides procurement consultancy and project management expertise to a broad range of clients across the NHS and wider public sector. We undertake a wide variety of procurement-related activities that can be commissioned from NOE CPC either by individual organisations or consortia.

The services we provide vary, from initial market assessments through to full procurement project management. We can also provide qualified staff on a secondment or interim basis to cover peaks in activity or staff absences.

NOE CPC’s established team of high calibre public procurement professionals have extensive experience of working within both the NHS and private sector, and have a track record of delivering complex procurement projects within a range of expenditure areas including; healthcare and non-healthcare related services, clinical-medical products and services, information management and technology, corporate and professional services (such as audit services) and estates/facilities management.

NOE CPC’s procurement team has the resources and tools necessary to support complex public procurement activities. This includes access to a range of e-commerce solutions (spend analysis, e-tendering, e-evaluation, e-catalogues) together with the support of a dedicated team of data analysts.

In the new commissioning landscape, providers – NHS, private and third sector – are expected to submit professional bids for new healthcare contracts in what are often challenging timescales.
