Member engagement

We engage with our customers on a regular basis to gather feedback on our products and services.
We ensure that effective communication is maintained at all levels of the business from the managing director to the day-to-day operational contacts. Due to the size and breadth of our customer base we have adopted a number of different feedback mechanisms and channels to measure customer satisfaction:

  • Customer survey
  • Account management one-to-one meetings with customers
  • Customer forum
  • Email
  • Monthly e-newsletter

Through open, transparent and ongoing dialogue with customers we can understand their needs and give them the opportunity to raise any concerns they may have. We use their feedback to inform our approach and respond to their needs accordingly.

We measure and report on our impacts both internally through our annual review, monthly e-newsletter and case studies

Responding to member requirements

Our customers benefit from our expertise, innovation, resources and infrastructure. We promote collaborative working internally and externally, bringing people together from across the health and social care network to ensure maximum benefit for all parties. This means that our customers benefit from greater access to specialist skills, new cost effective technology, and services and products from specialist suppliers. Our extensive network of suppliers allows us to offer our customers flexible delivery models.

Meeting our regulatory and statutory requirements. We work hard to build trust with our customers. Our contracts and frameworks involve handling sensitive and confidential data. We have an established, robust framework in place which includes detailed policies and procedures to ensure that we adhere to all legal requirements regarding data protection and information security.

Data protection and security

Benchmarking for our customers’ and potential customers’ contract and framework data responsibly means adhering to all legal requirements regarding data protection and information security.

We have robust policies and procedures to govern data security. It is mandatory for all NOE CPC employees to complete information security, data protection and fraud awareness training every year. The training is reviewed and updated regularly, and those employees working in sensitive areas receive specific, detailed training on the relevant client processes they are working on.
