Eleanor is a Legal Director at Hill Dickinson. She has over a decade of experience advising NHS bodies on information law. She is an expert in the area of Freedom of Information, regularly advising on requests, internal reviews, appeals to the Information Commissioner and Information Rights Tribunal cases.  Eleanor also advises on the Environmental Information Regulations and data protection, so is well placed to advise on the cross over between these areas and FOIA.
