As well as your regular updates from NOE CPC, we have talks from NHS England's Central Commercial Function (CCF) on their Commercial Efficiency and Optimisation Programme, and the forthcoming NHS Commercial Learning & Development Centre of Excellence.

There will also be the opportunity to debate other changes to the procurement landscape with fellow NHS procurement professionals.
