Fileshare has moved!

As part of our ongoing commitment to enhance the NOE CPC customer experience, we have improved the Fileshare access on our website. 

One login

Previously you had to request further information for each framework and upon authorisation you then logged into the separate Fileshare area from our homepage in order to access the relevant documentation. We have now integrated the Fileshare documentation into the individual framework pages so you only need to login once into the main website and you will see Fileshare documents available on any framework page you visit. 

To increase the visibility and availability of information for our members this information will be available to view on ALL NOE CPC frameworks for our member trusts without completing an access request form. The access request form will only need to be completed if you would like to start using the framework. You can do this by selecting the Access This Agreement at the bottom of the framework page and completing the electronic form. No more separate login for the website and the Fileshare area. 

In order to access the Fileshare tab you will need to register an account for the website. Once registered this is the only login you will need to access the NOE CPC website and the Fileshare area for the individual frameworks you have access to.

Easily accessible information

When you are logged in to the NOE CPC website you will be able to see the Fileshare tab on all framework pages. All documentation is within this tab in individual folders listed in alphabetical order. This will be visible for all NOE CPC frameworks so you have all the information available to you to see if the framework meets your requirements before you go ahead and Access This Agreement to complete the online access form and start using it. 

If you have any questions you can select the Ask a Question button to send to our dedicated Support Desk where your query will be tracked using our ticketing system to ensure you receive a suitable and timely response.
