New framework: Specialist Estates Engineering & Maintenance Services (Hard FM) (NOE.0609)
We’ve recently launched a new Specialist Estates Engineering & Maintenance Services framework. This new framework is part of our expanding suite of FM, Property, and Business Services frameworks. It’s designed to make it easier for our members and the wider public sector to find the best services for their capital, estates, engineering, and maintenance requirements.
The framework provides flexible contracting options for both Direct Award and Further Competition meaning framework users can choose the procurement route that works best for them. Our framework is also SME-friendly, which means it’s easier for small and medium sized businesses to get involved whilst providing framework users with more choices.

Meaning framework users can be rest assured that they are contributing to positive social and environmental outcomes.
