NOE CPC's Digital Toolkit: How to make the most out of our website
At NHS North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative (NOE CPC) we have been developing our digital toolkit to make it even easier for you to acquire and source the most efficient and affordable services for your requirements. Here are just a few examples of the different functions you can utilise with the NOE CPC digital toolkit:
Fileshare access
It is easy to view our frameworks and to access them by using the search function on the NOE CPC website, or by filtering through our four main categories:
- FM, Property and Business Services
- Technology (ICT)
- HR & People
- Healthcare Services and Pharmacy (non-drug).
The fileshare area of the website, which you can access via any of our framework pages, enables you to access framework documentation quickly, allowing for a faster turnaround in gathering the information needed to decide if the framework is suitable for your needs and to begin using it.
For further guidance, watch our How to Access NOE CPC Framework Agreements video here.
Search function
Whether you’re looking for a particular framework supplier, key word, or framework, you can use the Search Frameworks function on our website to quickly find what you are looking for on our website.
To start your search, head to our Contracts and Frameworks page on our website.
Benchmarking
Our Benchmarking tool can identify instant savings across multiple frameworks through an easy-to-use interface. The tool presents customers with visuals and charts to provide a simple insight into where potential savings can be made.
This easy-to-use tool is available on a range of frameworks across the FM, Property, and Business Services and Technology (ICT) categories.

Vendor Discount Matrix
This easy-to-use tool has been developed to allow users to identify the best value offering for a given requirement under the Total Technology Solutions framework agreement.
This new tool provides a clear justification for a direct award decision, and so reducing any potential risks. The VDM can also be used for market research purposes, such as finding vendors or manufacturers for certain ICT product areas, or identifying which suppliers hold a particular partner status with a given vendor or manufacturer.

Quick Quote Tool
Our innovative Quick Quote Tool allows you to seamlessly send details of your specific requirements to awarded suppliers in the Lots you choose so they can contact you directly with a quote that meets your needs. The tool is easy to use, hassle-free and can save you time in the sourcing process.
Once logged in on the NOE CPC website, click the green Quick Quote tab on the framework page and complete the form. The completed form will be sent directly to the suppliers on the selected Lots and a copy will be emailed to you for records. The suppliers will then respond to you directly with their quotes using the contact information you provided.
You can access the Quick Quote Tool now on the below frameworks:
- IT Hardware and Services (LINK3) framework
- Total Technology Solutions framework.
We are working on adding the Quick Quote tool to more NOE CPC frameworks in the future as part of our expanding digital toolkit.

ICT Supplier Matrix
We have made it simpler for you to find out which of our suppliers are on our ICT & Technology frameworks.
Simply consult the ICT Supplier Matrix to find out which suppliers you can use on our ICT Hardware and Services (LINK3), Total Technology Solutions, and ICT Solutions Delivery frameworks.
Supplier Geo-Tool
Our recently launched Supplier Geo-Tool is available to use on our Laundry and Linen Total Solutions framework page. This simple but effective tool has been developed to allow users to view and determine which suppliers are active in different integrated care system (ICS) areas.
This free-to-use tool means that you can filter suppliers that are able to carry out work under a specific Lot in your selected ICS region, allowing customers to efficiently source the most suitable suppliers for their requirements.
For more information about this tool, check out our Supplier Geo-Tool blog on our website.
Provider Search
If you’re looking for a quick, easy and flexible route to market for a broad range of Minor Works, Trades and Associated Services, why utilise our online search functionality? With our Provider Search tool you can identify suitably qualified suppliers to meet your needs.
Our Minor Works and Trades DPS offers a search function to allow you to filter your own requirements by works categories and geographical locations; with further optional filters for organisational/licenses, accreditations/Certified Assessment Schemes and contract value.
If you do not have a website account to access our digital toolkit, you can easily select ‘Create New Account’ on the NOE CPC website to register for one. If you require any further support, please contact our Support Desk team.
Online access
NOE CPC’s website is the foundation of our in-house digital toolkit. Here is where you can access many of our procurement features and find out more information about our framework categories. We have recently invested more resources into developing our website so customers can quickly and easily navigate to what they are looking for.
Neil Davis, Procurement Support Team Manager at NOE CPC, adds: “We’ve worked hard across our Communications, Business Services, and Procurement Teams to improve our online provision. We’ve implemented changes that make it easier for members and customers to access our framework information. We have a Quick Quote Tool set up to help obtain quotes through our IT Hardware and Total Technology Services Frameworks. We have the Provider Search function on our Minor Works Trades and Services DPS including location and accreditation filters. We’re also developing video guides to feature on our website to help customers and suppliers get the most out of our services.”
