Onboarding: Bringing new talent into our team
Welcome onboard to all our new starters who have joined NOE CPC over the last 12 months. 2024 has been an exciting year in our organisation and there have been many twists and turns on our journey through procurement. We have marked the one-year anniversary of the Facilities and Office Solutions category management service provider contract, we have continued to build and strengthen relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners, and we have continued to build our team.
We have welcomed 15 people into the NOE CPC team this year, from graduates just starting out in their career, who are being mentored and supported by members of our teams with extensive experience in the field of procurement; to people who have been working in the NHS and wider public sector for several years who bring a wealth of knowledge and experience.
Managing Director Keith Rowley said: “We’re bringing on board new people with new ideas and fresh thinking. People from in and outside of the NHS with both public and private sector experience. Growing our team increases our depth of expertise, creates opportunities for colleagues to grow and develop and enables us to be more specialist in our delivery. We are the experts for our customers, and I'm delighted we have welcomed so many new people over the last 12 months, bringing their vast breadth of knowledge to support our output and with hopefully more to come."
As we look towards 2025 and the upcoming changes in the procurement landscape we will continue to grow and seek new talent as well as nurture the amazing talent within our team.
