#TalentMatters: Members' Forum
We recently hosted our final Members' Forum of the year, which took place in Leeds and brought together representatives from our member trusts for an engaging in-person event. Held three times per year, our Members’ Forums are designed to serve as a platform for sharing knowledge, exchanging expertise, and providing regular updates on the functions and activities of NOE CPC.
These forums offer members the valuable opportunity to collaborate, discuss new developments, and explore potential areas for growth and improvement within NHS procurement.
In addition to our routine updates from NOE CPC, the Leeds session featured insightful presentations from external speakers. Fiona Hilton from NHS England delivered a thought-provoking talk on the evolving procurement landscape, while Elizabeth McKenna from STAR Procurement led an engaging and informative session titled "Social Value is Everyone’s Business." Attendees also received important updates on Cabinet Office Spend Controls.
At NOE CPC, we are committed to creating an environment that encourages open knowledge-sharing and collaboration. These forums provide NHS organisations with a unique space to come together, address shared challenges, and work towards common goals.
If you’re interested in attending one of our future Members’ Forums, look out for upcoming dates over on the Events and Training page of our website.
