Michelle Walker worked with the Early Intervention in Psychosis (EIP) Project Team at HEE, to establish two frameworks of providers for Family Intervention and CBT for Psychosis training.

Michelle worked very closely with the team to complete tender documents and manage subsequent procurement processes. We were up against extremely tight deadlines and Michelle was able to work at speed, with a lot of enthusiasm and professionalism. Michelle was very patient and supportive throughout the process and was accessible both through e-mails and over the phone.

Her experience and expertise was invaluable in establishing and managing both frameworks successfully with very good outcomes for the Access and Wait Time Standards programme. Thank you for the excellent work

NOE CPC is really useful for allowing small trusts to gain access to similar pricing to larger centres. I think the Total Cardiology Solutions framework is a fairer way to price cardiac devices.

The pricing is clear and NOE CPC is able to assist with liaising with companies on the trust behalf, saving time and money.

The NOE CPC framework for Total Cardiology Solutions enables us to provide optimal financial benefits to trusts with the added reassurance that all contractual aspects are covered centrally. The contract simplifies the process of selecting manufacturers to best satisfy trusts' requirements.

Clinicians and procurement are engaged early in the tender process to enable technical and commercial queries to be efficiently resolved. NOE CPC has a proven track record in terms of both support and knowledge. Overall I would recommend NOE CPC to save both time and money; and ensure quality is maintained.

NOE CPC has always provided procurement with a good level of support both in terms of collaborate contracting and also customer services.

NOE CPC has consistently provided a good range of options for a Mental Health and Community Services Trust which we have not found in any other NHS collaborative. Of particular benefit to us are the Continence home delivery service, the Woundcare provision service, Enteral feed consumables home delivery service and the AHP/HSS temporary staff arrangement. The level of savings we have achieved via these and other contracts has helped the procurement department achieve its CIP goals for the Trust over a number of years and I would highlight this as the 1st key benefit.

The events NOE CPC runs along with how they manage sourcing groups and general participation in a collaborative tender and contract process would be the 2nd key benefit as they take working collaboratively seriously and ask for views and opinions of the group and the subsequent contract management of that contract. The 3rd key benefit for our trust is the quarterly work plan we receive from NOE CPC. This is a detailed plan of existing and future contracts which allows the procurement team to include these in developing and implementing our own work plan.

NOE CPC understands and has experience in a range of areas and supply markets which we work in and is not just focused on the acute sector. They are very good at providing a positive customer service, they engage with their customers well both formally and informally and provide a range of contracts which we have benefitted from using, that have given us year on year efficiency savings whilst also providing good quality.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone at NOE CPC for all your support this year, the best way to summarise is that you have been a great asset/extension to my department and have played a significant role in what has been a very successful year for the team locally, regionally and nationally. Please pass on my gratitude to your team.

I highly recommend the consultancy services provided by NOE CPC. Thanks to the skills and expertise provided by Francis Guise our tender for Pharmacy Supply and Dispensing Services was well planned and ran to schedule. With his sound knowledge and professional approach he steered us through all stages of contracting requirements to a successful outcome. Francis was a great source of advice and support throughout the process, he was very approachable and always responded quickly to any queries we had.
