This framework agreement is delivered by NHS London Procurement Partnership (NHS LPP) and available to our member organisations via NHS North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative (NOE CPC).

This NHS LPP framework provides access to reliable pharmaceutical wholesale services tailored to meet the needs of NHS organisations, focused on London Trusts. Suppliers will deliver a comprehensive range of medicines, including injectable products, specialised antibiotics, cytotoxic chemotherapy, and controlled drugs, ensuring compliance with all necessary licenses and regulatory standards.
Advanced digital solutions enhance service efficiency, such as live stock visibility, PA-specific pricing, and contract management tools. This framework also includes emergency delivery services, robust returns policies, and collaborative management of critical shortages to support uninterrupted patient care.
Regulatory Compliance: Assurance of relevant licensing - Wholesale Dealers Authorisation, Home Office Licences for the Storage & Supply of Controlled Drugs, Good Distribution Practice (GDP), and Falsified Medicines Directive (FMD) regulations.
Stock Availability: Real-time stock visibility and regional inventory management to help address shortages effectively and strengthen patient care.
Comprehensive Coverage: Supports a wide range of delivery needs, including same-day, overnight, and weekend deliveries for ambient, temperature-controlled, and controlled drugs.
Transparent Pricing: Adherence to national, regional, and local price agreements with clear invoicing and discount structures.
Emergency Preparedness: 24/7 emergency delivery and responsive procedures ensure continuity during critical situations.
Performance Measures: Nationally approved key performance indicators supporting data collection to measure performance in contracts and better inform trusts decision making capabilities.
