NOE CPC Planned Procurement and Commercial Pipeline

As you will be aware, from April 2022 NHS contracting authorities with anticipated annual spend of £200m or above are required to publish their commercial pipeline in accordance with Cabinet Office guidance, set out in: Procurement Policy Note 05/21: National Procurement Policy Statement — GOV.UK (www.gov.uk).
 
Contracting authorities should publish their planned procurement and commercial activity, looking forward at least 18 months but ideally three to five years.
