NOE CPC working in conjunction with NHS London Procurement Partnership (NHS LPP) and its members have established a framework agreement for the provision of Legal Services.
This agreement offers a compliant and efficient route to a number high-quality suppliers who can deliver a comprehensive range of legal services for the NHS and other Public Sector providers.
All the appointed suppliers provide a broad range of legal services including:
• NHS Governance and Public Law
• Primary Care Services
• Healthcare Law
• Mental Health Law
• Employment Law
• Contract and Commercial Law
• Property Law
• Corporate Finance and PFI.
The easily accessible agreement also provides Contracting Authorities with several added benefits, such as free initial telephone consultations, legal training and workshops, as well as highly competitive rates with fixed price options.
- A compliant route to market with Direct Award or further competition options
- Access to a leading panel of law firms and specialist expertise
- Competitive hourly rates with fixed pricing options
- Social Value commitments measured at framework level
- Legal awareness/training/workshops will be made available on a non-chargeable basis to individual client organisations (eg to each individual NHS organisation)
- A minimum of 60 minutes “initial telephone consultation/advice time” to the client organisations prior to the commencement of any charging
- Rebates to be payable on an annual basis to individual Participating Organisations in proportion to their share of the total collaborative expenditure through the framework agreement.
